Requirements:
• Can speak Japanese fluently
• Basic English is okay
• Graduates or undergraduates are welcome to apply
• With Online gaming experience
• Customer Service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in responding to call, chat and email inquiries from clients
• Responsible in assisting customer related concerns
• Be able to assist clients in regards to their inquiries and be able to provide solutions
• be able to provide solutions to inquiries regarding the products promoted by the company
