Requirements:
Can speak Japanese Language fluently
With CSR/BPO experience
With Teamlead/QA/or SME experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and facilitates call calibration/training sessions to the staff.
Conduct quality monitoring, quality reports and coaching to employees
Ensure quality of work and targets of the team are met at all times.
Drive first call resolution and quality initiatives in the program.
Delivering agent performance feedback
