Requirements:
Bachelors’ degree holder
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. (skills in Microsoft and customer oriented)
Able to speak, read write and type fluently in Japanese language
Able to read and write in English (not required high fluency but able to communicate)
Flexible in shifting schedule
Preferably with CS experience or Forex knowledge
Job Responsibilities:
Offer full range of customer service to employer and clients
Handle inquiries with questions related to the website's product and process
Resolve and analyze customer opinions / complaints and proactively follow up with related departments
