Requirements:
• Japanese National or Filipino with near native level in Japanese language or Studied in Japan during Elementary , Highschool or College
• Graduates and undergraduates are open to apply
• Working experience in a BPO company or customer service experience is a plus
• willing to work in Mandaluyong
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in assisting and accommodating customer concerns related to products
• Will be assisting concerns to wifi related to the service
• Responsible in doing first call resolution to concerns of customers
• Responsible in meeting the standard process of assisting customers
