Responsibilities:
Preparing and generating reports/relating customers queries.
Researching into customers queries/concerns into the systems.
Data entries of event results in the systems.
And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
Requirements:
Native Japanese
Filipino with JLPT N1 - N2 Passers
At least 1 year Customer Service Experience
Has studied in Japan during High school
Bachelor Graduate
Willing to work on Shifting Schedule
Good English Communication Skills
