Requirements:
• Filipino fluent in both English and Japanese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
• Preferably Dual Citizens or Filipino who were raised in Japan
• JLPT N1 passer/level (JLPT Certificate not required)
• Completed at least 2yrs in college (or HS graduates with 2yrs work experience)
• With BPO/QA Experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to general and technical inquiries of this music app through email and chat
• Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription Inquiries)
• Assist customers in Cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
• Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
