Requirements:
• Filipino fluent in Japanese and conversational in English
• JLPT N1-N2 passer/level
• Graduate/undergraduate of any course
• With TSR/Helpdesk work experience is an advantage
• Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in Office365
Responsibilities:
• Communicates with Internal customer
• Responsible to receive Email and Call in Japanese and English language
• To document and translate in Japanese/English
• Supports the customers in their technical concerns
