Requirements:
Graduate of B.S. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years development experience
Extensive experience in Web Development using Javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS
In-depth understanding of relational database (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) concepts
In-depth understanding of Structural Programming concepts
Strong logical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
Good knowledge of ITIL, ITSM concepts
Considerable experience in developing systems for IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, or Human Resource Service Delivery
Substantial experience with the SNOW platform
Certified Service-NOW (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, or CIS-HR)
Responsibilities:
Takes a lead in developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform of one of our Japanese clients
Communicate with the client and the client's key business units and key process managers
Carry out initiative in understanding and gathering the client's business needs in order to build solutions, support maintenance, and drive improvement
Demonstrate leadership in managing a team of ServiceNow develop
