Well established/busy restaurant requires the services of a chef/manager.
Ideal candidate should have.
*At least 2 years restaurant experience in both areas ,managing and preparing meals of high standard.
*Good communication and social skills with patrons &distributors.
*The ability to delegate and control staff well.
*Show respect and follow instructions given by his/her superiors.
*A passion for the industry and commitment working to restaurant hours.
*Recent and contactable references(essential).
