Position: Korean Operations Manager
Industry: Language Consultancy
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Work setup: Onsite
Requirements:
• Korean National proficient in English
• Bachelor degree in any courses
• With 1 year experience as a Operations Manager
• Experience in managing employee is an advantage
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage 100 - 200 employees
• Monitor the performance of the employee
• Oversee the operational activities of the company
• Responsible in coordinating to various department to ensure the successful of operations
• Conduct meetings with the team and discuss the concern, issue and updates.
