Company Profile: A German company that has diversified businesses expanded to Philippines to support Automotive related concerns of their consumers
Requirements:
• Korean National Fluent in English
• Can speak English fluently
• Must be Bachelor's Degree graduate
• With experience at least 6 months in Customer Service Support
• Amenable to work onsite in Training period
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in addressing and handling inquiries of clients through phone calls, emails and messages
• Provide guidance to the clients how to use the applications
• Assisting clients in web - based registration process regarding to the request of contract or pricing
• Responsible to conduct outbound call to get suppliers registration
