Position: Korean Customer Support Specialist

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set up: Work Onsite
Location: Makati City
Responsibilities:
• Answer ongoing and outgoing call from Korean customers
• Assist customer in their inquiries
• Provides service effectively in customers
• Responsible for updating transactions during the call
• Willing to follow company rules and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree Holder/Undergraduate of any course.
• High School graduates are considered to apply
• Knowledge in computer( Excel, word, powerpoint)
• Proficient in both Korean and English language.
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Has an experience in Information technology company is a great advantage
