Position: Thai Customer Service Specialist (Non Voice)

Salary: Php 80,000

Requirements:
Can speak, read and write Thai language
Must be fluent in English
At least 2 years in college
Computer savvy
Amenable to work onsite, Quezon City
Can start As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Respond to customers inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats
Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription Inquiries)
Assist customers in Cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
