Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language
Good English communication skills

Bachelor's degree of any course
Customer Service experience is a plus
Amenable to work onsite, Pasay City
Can work in Shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
Investigate suspicious activity of the customer that may affect the companys performance
Collaborate with external and internal customers for better decision making
Maintain quality by following the companys policies and guidelines
Engage and participate in special projects as necessary
