Position: Thai Client Support Specialist
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 90,000

Requirements:
Preferably Bachelors Degree holder of any course
Proficient in Thai and English
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Willing to work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
Maintaining customer relations
Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedbacks
Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
Data entries of event results in the systems
And all other task assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department
