• Offer full range of customer service to employer and clients
• Handle inquiries with questions related to the website's product and process
• Resolve and analyze customer opinions / complaints and proactively follow up with related departments
Requirements:
• Indonesian national currently residing in the Philippines
• Experience in a customer service/Online gaming industry is an advantage
• Basic English is welcome to apply
• Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
• Amenable to work in an Online Gaming company
• Willing to work in Pasay after 1 month training
