Position: Korean E Commerce Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (5 days per week, Sunday - Saturday or Tuesday-Saturday)
Work setup: Temporary work from home
REQUIREMENTS:
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Korean language
• Korean National fluent in English language
• Can speak, read, and write Korean Language
• Must be Bachelor degree in Finance and Business courses
• Preferably with 3-5 years relevant experience
• E- Commerce experience is a must
• Preferable applicants with knowledge in ERP systems like Oracle or SAP & Procurement tools, such as;
Coupa, SNC, Ariba, NGG EDI, Corcentric.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Effective communication with the Suppliers and conduct translation support is needed
• Timely Monitor and Analyze the Suppliers performance and report it in weekly basis
• Serves as the point of contact between suppliers and buyers using internet
• Able to collaborate with the other department such as Procurement, AP, CRM to implement the best procurement tools
• Conduct training and update in the new members and user of procurement tools
• Help in improving the efficiencies and effectiveness of Procure to pay processes
