Position: Korean Seller Account Care Specialist (Php 80,000 – Php 90, 000)
Industry: Shared Services (Online Shopping Company)
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 80,000 – Php 90, 000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Dayshift 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirement:
• Native Korean
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Korean language
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s Degree of any course
• Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in corporate setting
• Willing to work in Pasay City

Responsibility:
• Communicate with sellers via phone and email and assist them with account health inquiries
• Handle pre-suspension level Sellers and deescalate reported issues
• Resolve Seller’s issues and attend to account related questions
