REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Preferably with Purchase Pay experience
Knowledgeable in Purchase to Pay (P2P) end to end processes specifically in Procurement (PR to PO conversion)
Must be proficient in the use of MS Office and preferably with a background in SAP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process high volumes of PR/PO creation into SAP system in line with Policies and Procedures whilst heavily focusing on accuracy
Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations.
Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
Perform the assigned operational controls in accordance with the internal documentation
Escalate all controls failures and ensure mitigation actions are in place for each failure
