Position: Mandarin Internal Auditor
Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 85,000
Schedule: Dayshift
Industry: Accounting Firm
Work set up: Currently WFH (Moving to Hybrid by October 2022)
Qualifications:
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineer or similar
At least 1-3 years professional firm experience in Internal Audits
Knowledge/Background in Project Management, Construction Payment Processing, Contracting/Tendering.
Experience in Construction, Real Estate/Infrastructure is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
Execution on client engagement - ensuring quality delivery as per engagement letter.
Part of assigned engagements in the Construction and Real Estate sector.
Understanding of related industry issues / trends and conducting Internal audits, business process re-engineering and internal control engagements for global clients, focused on the Construction portfolio.
Experience and working knowledge of Construction program/ project management, cost estimation, contracts/ tendering and Procurement.
Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem-solving technique. The same can be utilized for research on delivery of solutions.
Review of payment applications for contract compliance, supporting documentation, document validation, budgetary compliance and other related aspects.
Develop strong working relationships with client and build a level of influence with key client contacts.
Manage the engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development.
Supporting general contractors/ key vendors in streamlining the documentation process and suggesting best industry practices.
