Position: Mandarin Senior HR Specialist
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Temporary WFH)
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Salary: P 90,000 gross
Work Setup: Temporary Work from Home; Equipment provided
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good Mandarin, business-level English proficiency
• Broad knowledge of different HR Systems and Enabling Technologies within Shared Service Organization
• Minimum of 2 years experience in different HR functions
• Experience in HR IT platforms
• Experience in the contact center is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processes incoming queries (either via call or e-mail) from HR professionals and employees and clarifies open questions related to HR services.
• Analyzes process- and system errors and solves and/ or forwards those issues or any other query according to the activity split
• Acts as the first point of contact for the target community for designated HR services within the region.
• Efficiently manages and prioritizes tasks to ensure Service Level Agreements.
• Works according to all relevant SOPs, detailed work instructions, concepts, and ways of working.
• Performs end-user training for HR systems enhancements
