Position : Mandarin HR Helpdesk
Industry: Multinational Business Consulting Corporation
Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Salary : P80,000-P85,000
Schedule : Shifting

Job Description:
• Answer calls/ email/chat and help employees concern
• Responsible for navigating Employee’s profile
• Produce the HR letter / documentations for Client’s employees
• Cooperate with Client’s HR team members on more complex HR queries
• Escalate the Workday work items to the appropriate party, if required

Requirements:
• Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Experience in working on similar positions (HR Service Desk, HR Administration)
• Knowledge about HR processes
