Position: Mandarin IT Manager
Location: Makati City
Salary: P 70,000 - P 150,000

Schedule: Shifting Schedule
REQUIREMENTS:
• Can speak, read and write Mandarin language
• College Graduate of IT or any related course
• Open to undergraduates
• Good communication skills
• Must have experience in IT profession or any related field
• Must have Online Gaming experience
• With experience handling management process and policies
DUTIES:
• Responsible in handling Problem Management
• Coordinate with Incident Management, Event Management, Change and Release
• Act as an escalation point for problems requiring management assistance to progress
• Create and report the daily, weekly and monthly problem and improvement and KPI rate using Dashboarding
