Job Requirements:
● At least 1 year Experience in B2B account
● At least 1 years of BPO experience
● Within Metro Manila and nearby cities
● Must be amenable to go to the office if needed
● Good to excellent communication skills
● Must have 10 MBPS download and upload speed
Job Role:
● Handling calls
● Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
● Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
● Coordinate with different department if needed
