Job Requirements:
● An Associate’s degree or higher
● Must have experience in luxury retail.
● With current or just recent retail experience, preferably in fashion
● Must be professional looking
● Has experienced handling sales staff or sales associate
● Someone who maintains a positive attitude and focuses on customer satisfaction in a fast-
paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
● Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and
providing outstanding customer service.
● Train new sales associates
● Keep up to date with company news, current market trends and competitors
products/activities
● Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
● Increasing in store sales.
● Superior product knowledge.
● Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
● Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing
customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
