Project Manager with banking experience
Banking institution, is looking for a Project Manager with 3-5 years experience in Project management within a banking environment.
Skills and Competencies:
- Good understanding of Systems Integration best practices.
- Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure.
- Systems Analysis experience desired.
- May be required to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Project plans for dependencies, ICE deliverables and handover.
- Monitor progress against SDLC.
- Setup and Monitor progress against detailed check lists.
- Estimate cost based on time and materials.
- Deliver projects as per cost, quality, schedule and agreed criteria.
- Align solutions with predefined standards.
- Lead the implementation and quality assurance of integration solutions.
- Monitor costs, timescales, deliverables and resources used and manage issues and risks.
- Mentor, educate, guide and coach team members.
- Communicates appropriately and effectively at all levels of the project life cycle.
Salary: R350 000 CTC p/a to R480 000 CTC p/a
Qualification Required: Degree or Diploma in computer science, commerce or business administration; Recognised project management qualification
