Requirements:
Open for Foreign National who is fluent in German
Proficiency in both German and English
Open for undergraduate and graduate of any course
Customer Service experience is plus
Responsibilities:
Monitor the clients account to identify the outstanding debts
Double check the overdue record of the client
Provide financial information needed by the client
Review unpaid invoices and send collection reminder
Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through call, email and chat
Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new programs
Manage and process for all customer related issues
