JOB Role:
• Engaged in handling calls Inbound Calls For US Travel Process.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Converting query calls to sales calls.
• Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements
Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.
Required Candidate profile
* Possess excellent English communication skills
* Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work.
* Candidate has to be minimum 10+2 passed
* Should be flexible with night shift
