Job Description:
Education: Min 12th passed / Any Graduation.
Pre-requisite: Excellent Communication skills.
Experience: Min 1.5 years experience in any international outbound/inbound voice process (Preferably worked for International Sales process)
Need Candidates with Good Speaking skills.
Working days: 6 days working, fixed Sun off
Shifts: Morning shift (Inbound Voice)
Work Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata
Responsibilities:-
1.Manage incoming phone calls
2.Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
3.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
4.Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
5.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:-
1. Proven customer care experience or experience as a Travel Sales Representative
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
