This is a pure non voice position. No phone calls, Consultants do not need to talk to any customer over the phone

Requirements:
• Thai National currently residing in the Philippines
Filipino who are proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Thai are encourage to apply
• With at least 6 months to 1 year customer service experience
• Open to undergraduates
• Must have at least 20 mbps internet speed
• Must be willing to work in Cavite
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule with Nightshift
Responsibilities
• Review and analyze the reported video of social media users
• Block and unblock users who posted abusive content of photos or videos
• Verify if user reporting of abusive photo should be taken down or stay up
• Watch the videos and analyze if it follows the community guideline of social media site
