Position: Thai Service Desk Analyst

Requirements:
Open for both Filipino and Thai National
Preferably Bachelors Degree holder of any course
Fluent in both Thai and English
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Technical Support
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
Responsibilities:
Provides first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.
Translations of some documents from English to Thai and Vice versa
