● Assist the marketing team with the formulation and structure of the marketing plans (strategic and tactical) that have been developed in consultation with key internal and external stakeholders
● Support the marketing team’s archive function by efficiently filing and storing relevant marketing materials
● Ensure all printed promotional material is distributed as required to key parties
● Assist with the planning and coordination of photo and video shoots where necessary
● Management of photographs across Travel Partner site and other platforms
● Manage DropBox account and categorisation of all new images
● Assist with formulation of Info Docs for sales and reservations teams
● Submit regular posts to feature on newsfeed of various affiliations that the company subscribe to
● Monthly budget recons and processing of CE’s and invoices with GM of Marketing
