Position: Mandarin Customer Research & Analytics Analyst
Location: Quezon City (Temporary work from home)

Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 Gross
Schedule: Dayshift and Midshift (Must be flexible)

DUTIES:
• Primarily responsible for processing companies which patent records/ information are in Chinese
• Data Quality – Conduct in-depth internet research to achieve data quality in patents globally with additional focus on identifying, understanding, and accurately processing Chinese, Japanese, or Korean documents/ information
• Identify patent ownership based on extensive research on corporate structure, M&A, Spin-offs, company name changes, and patent transactions
• Conduct quality control measures to ensure data is highly accurate and reliable
• Responsible for validating, updating and verifying customer information in the Harmonizer Tool
• Ensure updates or changes in customer database are accurate and are meeting quality standards
• Meet or exceed productivity targets that are based on efficiency. Target of processing time per customer may vary depending on the type of process and portfolio size
• Identify future process improvements to further improve team or individual performance
• Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and team members to foster collaboration
• Ensure data standards and SLAs are met
• Communicate effectively on the status of tasks and projects in progress
REQUIREMENTS:
• CHINESE - Ability to read, write, and speak in the aforementioned languages.
• Ability to approach a problem by using logical, systematic, sequential approach
• Ability to perform with insight, acuteness, & intelligence in the industry.
• Make decisions & act in situations in which there is not enough information to be certain of the outcome/implications of the decision.
