Position: Mandarin Transaction Processing Specialist
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Day Shift
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
Manages and executes invoice or collection help desk processes;
Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required;
Provide status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating the execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions;
Provide quality, cost-effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement;
May provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested
Requirements:
Must be able to speak, and read the Mandarin language
At least 1 to 2 years of Order to Cash experience/skill is an advantage but not required
Voice collections experience, ideally business-to-business, an advantage
Experience in any of the skills below is preferred but not required
Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Manage Contracts, Credit Management, Collections, Reconciliations, respond to queries (voice and query capability)
Experience in any accounting ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
