Company Profile: This is a contact center from Southeast Asia and have different nationalities working for them,. This BPO company operates five days a week to provide good customer service and consultancy services to worldwide clients.
Position: Mandarin Customer Relations
Location: Makati City (Office based)
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off per week
Industry: BPO/Online Gaming
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set up: Work Onsite
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Fluency (written and spoken) in Mandarin. (At least 45-70 WPM)
• Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills
• Willing to work in rotational / shift schedule
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures that basic CS functions are performed
• Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
• Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Chat/ Email / Phone
• Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions.
