Position: Cantonese Customer Support
Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 85,000-Above in Gross
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Weekends off)
Work set-up: Hybrid set-up
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting, diagnosis, and escalation of customer support issues (application functionality, basic Internet browser, and email questions);
Coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure Authorization & Authentication documentation is completed appropriately;
Participate in application user acceptance testing as required;
Responsible for support tasks associated with daily operations, such as filing and copying. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Can speak, read and write in Cantonese and English
Requires 1-2 years of work-related experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
Comfortable with computer technology and learning new applications.
Solid communication skills with the ability to effectively respond to questions.
Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus.
Preferable Bachelors degree
