Requirements
JLPT N1, N2 (No certification required)
Bachelor's degree of HR, Business, Management or any course
MS Office experience required (Windows, Word, Powe.rPoint, and Excel)
Experience of working in a HR facet is advantage
Experience corporate setting is advantage
2 years of experience in HR or customer service
Responsibilities
Manage HR related contracts of the employees
Audit related informations of the employees
Coordinate to Japanese employees of the company
Answer inquiries of employees
Improve HR process and procedures of the account
