• Filipino can speak, read and write Korean language
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Vocational/Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree holder of any field
• Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required

Responsibilities
• Conducting verification for employment information through voice calls and/or email
• Checking of Employee Background, Education, Experiences etc
• Accurate gathering of information and collection of data
• Verify candidates' previous employment information and performance
