Requirements:
Japanese speakers
Filipino or dual citizen or japanese national with customer service background
Japanese speakers who has working experience as customer care or support staff
With or without JLPT certificates
Basic to conversational English only
Open to graduates and undergraduates
Open to junior high school and senior high school graduates
Responsibilities:
Provide answers to inquiries via chat and email from Japanese Users
Answer questions on why the wireless speakers is not working
Help customers to connect the wireless speakers to their laptop or computer
Recruitment Process:
Endorse candidates with KEIGO & CSR/TSR with assessment
After endorsing with assessment, SYKES will send us the confirmed schedule for online interview and we will schedule the candidate
Japanese interviews will be conducted by Japanese internal staff
