• Korean National proficient in English

• Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
• With customer service experience is a big advantage
• Willing to work in Makati City
• Willing to work onsite (Office based)
Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with clients’ concerns and inquiries and address it in a timely manner.
• Proper escalation of client’s concerns and queries.
• Presenting products to the client’s and ensuring to increase the sales revenue.
• Build sustainable relationship to clients
• Translation of documents to deliver accurate information to customers.
