Requirements:
Filipino fluent in Japanese and conversational in English
JLPT N1-N3 passer/level
Graduate/undergraduate of any course
With TSR/Helpdesk work experience is an advantage
Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in Office365
Responsibilities:
Communicates with Internal customer
Responsible to receive Email and Call in Japanese language
