Requirements:
Korean National who can speak English fluently
Filipino proficient speaking, reading and writing Korean language
Must be Bachelors degree of any field
With Customer Service or Technical Support experience is an advantage
Amenable to work from home
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service assistance to Korean customers through chats, emails and calls
Manage technical reported issues and resolve in a timely manner
Escalate concerns to appropriate department if needed
Participate in establishing processes and procedures to improve customer service
