Position : Japanese Speaking Coordinator
Industry: Japanese Mall and Finance Company
Location : Ortigas Pasig City
Salary : Php 30,000 - Php 45,000 basic
Schedule : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday - Friday
Work Set-up: Onsite/ Permanent job

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with each department for the budget of the company
Collect data of every department for the allocation of the company resources
Sending minutes of meeting
Work for the document needed for specific requirement
Arrange the travel and accommodation forJapanese employees
Extend contract for Japanese expat for the condo accommodation
Propose cost or budget management and implementation of the budget
Requirements:
Can speak read and write Japanese language
Open forJLPT N3, N4 passer or level
Bachelor’s degree graduate
At least 6 months of experience in administrative or finance
Can work onsite in Pasig City
