Company Profile: A contact centre providing multilingual customer service to clients located in South Korea and USA. This BPO has been serving several clients including THE ICONIC BRAND for streetwear. The company is supporting the fans and customers of this leading luxury street wear brand known to be expensive and luxurious, many of its buyers are coming from different countries.
Position: Korean Online Shopping Customer Support
industry: E-commerce Industry
Salary: Php 78,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Project Based for 3 months
Requirements:
Preferably Korean National with Permanent Visa
Can speak, read and write Korean
Can speak English very well
Has customer service background (2 year relevant)
Has online shopping experience (has ordered online already)
Preferably with BPO background but not required
Can start as soon as possible
Graduates and undergraduates of any course
Native proficient in Korean language with permanent visa
Responsibilities:
Assist in customers cancellation of luxury brand order
Answer questions about payment modes on online shopping
Explain return policy of damages items
Discuss how to know if the item has been shipped
Explain how to use discount and promo code
Explain how to get free shipping
Explain the availability of sizes and colours
