Position: Korean Human Resource Specialist
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Work Setup:Temporary Work from Home
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Qualifications:
•Korean National proficient in English
•Filipino with advanced proficiency in Korean language
•Degree holder of any course, must be a 4-year course
•With at least 1 year of working experience in HR/ ADMIN / SUPPORT role
•With working experience in BPO/Shared Services is preferred
•Knowledge and experience in HR roles and functions is an advantage
Responsibilities:
•Responsible to assist in compensation and benefits inquiries of Korean managers and employees
•Provide basic HR advice to employees about onboarding process and pre-employment requirements using Korean language
•Manage employee information and data on global system
•Communicate effectively and resolve employee queries
