Requirements:
• Korean National proficient in English
• Bachelor degree or undergraduate are welcome to apply
• Excellent knowledge oral and written in Business English
• With experience in Customer Service is a advantage
• Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls from the customers or clients
• Responsible in addressing and handling inquiries of clients or customer through phone calls or emails
• Provide resolution to the concern and inquiries related to vehicle, service or product.
• Build a strong customer service relationship
• Provide quality services to the customer and clients.
