Position: Korean Customer Service Manager
Location: Manila
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 135,000
Qualifications:
•Korean National living in the Philippines
•Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Korean Language
•Open to undergraduates
•Conversational English
•With relevant work experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
•Responsible to deliver outstanding customer service to customers
•Supervise the customer service department performance
•Create and develop customer service procedures and programs
•Maintain lasting relationship to customers
•Continuous improvement of company procedures to ensure efficacy of services
