Position: Korean Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Manila
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 125,000
Qualifications:
•Korean National living in the Philippines
•Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Korean Language
•Open to undergraduates
•Conversational English
•With relevant work experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
•Drive and motivate team members to meet required results and provide excellent performance
•Oversee performance of team members and monitor improvements
•Resolving complaints or 2nd level escalations and providing most effective solutions
•Respond to customers concerns through email, chat and messages promptly
