Position: Korean Leads Generation Analyst (Project Base)
Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 90,000

Requirements
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean language
• Korean national with Permanent visa
• Graduate of any 2 or 4 year course
• Preferably has 2 years experience in BPO as Korean bilingual
• Amenable to work in Graveyard shift
• Amenable to work onsite if needed
• Amenable to work in 2 months contract
Responsibilities
• Identify the customer needs, answering inquiries and providing solution to issues encounter
• Understand and stove the metrics and or KPI in providing excellent customer service
• Build relationship with clients, customers and team members
• Answer phone call inquiries in a professional manner
• Demonstrate clear verbal communication skills as going to guide the customer in the products and services offer
