Requirements:
• Korean National proficient in English
• Bachelor degree graduate of any course
• With 6 years experience as a Customer Service Supervisor
• Experience to work in BPO Company is an advantage
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
• Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to train new hires and make sure to equip with quality training program
• Coaching and mentoring Korean agents to improve their performance
• Drive and motivate team members to meet required results and provide excellent performance
• Resolving complaints or 2nd level escalations and providing most effective solutions
• Respond to customers concerns through call, email, chat promptly
